Singtel Scaled Existing Campaign from Events to Retail with qiksense

Previously, Singtel launched a Spin the Wheel interactive campaign for their exhibition booth using qiksense, enabling them to deploy an engaging customer experience within just one week. The campaign helped attract visitors, reward customers, and provided real-time performance insights through the qiksense dashboard.

Following the event activation, Singtel extended the same Spin the Wheel campaign into their new retail store at Bugis Junction.

This highlights a key advantage of building campaigns on a modular platform like qiksense. Interactive campaigns are not limited to a single event. Instead, they become reusable engagement assets that can be deployed across multiple locations and customer touchpoints, including retail stores, roadshows, and future campaigns.
