Using the Reward module, Singtel configured how the reward is shown after Spin the Wheel, so customers can immediately know what they have won.
With qiksense, Singtel was able to configure the reward reveal experience, including:
- Win or non-win result state
- Reward message and prize name display
- Branded reward screen UI to match Singtel’s campaign visuals
This made the reward experience clear, fast, and operationally smooth for event execution, while keeping the customer journey exciting and easy to complete.
Demo Preview and Fast Internal Approval
One key advantage of qiksense was the ability to generate a live campaign preview instantly.
This allowed Singtel to:
- Demonstrate the campaign to management
- Get fast internal approval

- Launch confidently before the event
This removed the delays typically associated with approval and revisions.
No Hardware No Problem
Singtel did not have dedicated hardware prepared for the activation.
Since qiksense is designed for both digital and physical deployments, hardware and on-site manpower support was available when needed. At an additional cost, compatible hardware and support was provided to ensure the interactive campaign could run smoothly at the event booth.
